Regimen 4 (day off)

Today I had to take a day off from kicking butt! Mostly because I bought a car!! Im so excited. I will be making rules about when to use my car. I don’t want to start driving places I can easily walk or bike to. Making those rules might also help you to reach your goals.

Because I knew I wouldnt be burning a lot of calories I attempted to take it light on eating.

Nutrition:

  • Oatmeal
  • banana
  • toast(2)
  • water(2)
  • Chicken (1)
  • Peas (2)
  • Rice
  • Cornbread
  • Special K cereal
