Regimen 5 (more veggies)

Today I tried to focus on incorporating more veggies. I thought of possibly having one day a week that I didn’t eat meat, thinking it might force me to eat more veggies. Is this something any of you have done before?


Nutrition:

  • water(3)
  • oatmeal
  • banana
  • chicken sandwich
  • spinach
  • rice
  • corn (2)

Activities:

  • 25 min run
  • squats
  • crunches
  • push ups
  • kick backs
