So this weekend my sister came to visit. It didn’t work out so well for the regimen. Essentially I didn’t work out at all and ate a bit more because we went out to eat and such. Luckily I didn’t gain any weight but I also didn’t lose any and now Im three days behind on reaching my goal. Because of that I let my sister know what I’m doing to get healthier. Now when she gets out of school for the summer she wants to join me and our goal is to run a 5k. This is awesome because now I have numbers to reach on my runs. I realized I really wasn’t counting my calories much in the last week so that is something I will begin to incorporate today! Last week I wanted to focus on more exercise and more water. Now that i have that I can put my attention on other things like caloric intake. I am excited for this week, but things are getting busy making it more difficult to find time for exercise. I’m determined to find the time, nevertheless.
